Once your order has shipped, we’ll email you the tracking details. You can typically expect to receive the tracking number within one day after shipment.
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, debit cards, or cash on delivery.
When you make a purchase with your credit card, all your information is entered on an SSL-secure webpage. Your details are encrypted and sent directly to our payment provider for authorization. Rest assured, your credit card information is never stored on our servers.
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of placing your order.
Unless specified otherwise, promotion and discount codes cannot be combined with other offers.
If an item is missing, please reach out to us right away.
All transactions are processed in US Dollars. If your credit card is in a different currency, the order total will be adjusted based on the exchange rate applied by your card issuer on the transaction date.
We reserve the right to accept or decline an order at any time after receipt, even if you’ve already received an order confirmation or the credit card has been authorized. If your order is canceled after payment authorization, a credit will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note, any cancellations are subject to a 30% cancellation fee, regardless of when the order was placed, due to fees incurred by our payment processor. Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. We recommend using your residential address instead of a vacation address, as we cannot predict how long the customs department at the destination may hold the package.
Shipping, Returns, & Warranty
Yes, all orders qualify for free shipping, and your order will be shipped via express delivery.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, typically within 1-3 business days. Shipping occurs the day after processing. Please note, we do not ship on weekends. During holidays and sale seasons, processing may take additional time. If you haven't received tracking confirmation within 7 business days of your payment, please contact us.

Delivery times depend on the shipping method you selected. Once your order has shipped, we’ll email your tracking details the following day, as tracking usually becomes available 24 hours after shipment. Please note, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country.
We currently offer shipping to the United States, Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Europe. To change your region, click on the region icon on our website and select your destination from the list. We're expanding to more regions soon, so be sure to subscribe to our email list for updates.
The prices on our website include all taxes and customs fees.
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees and any other associated costs.
If you receive any incorrect, missing, or defective items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the items, and any relevant details. We will work quickly to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Returns may take 2-7 business days to process from the day we receive your returned items. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, please allow 7-10 business days from the receipt of your returned item or cancellation request for the refund to be processed by your card-issuing bank. For inquiries about when the credit will appear in your account, please contact your bank or card provider.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, reach out to your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted to your account.
